The paper present the setup of accelerated lifetime tests for an electro-thermal MEMS valve actuator, performed in an experimental platform.
The presentation of experimental results by the authors is very vague and should be clarified with detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results obtained on the lifetime of the MEMS valves that have been subjected to this experiment.
This is necessary for the validation of the proposed study.
